Cut off times and shipping expectations -

 

We aim to send all packages out within 2 working days of purchase. If you purchase an item over the weekend then this 48 hour window will begin on Monday.

Our cut off time to order for that day is 1400. Any orders purchased after this time will be pushed to the next days item list. 

 

Delivery Services -

Small parcel -

These will usually be shipped using Royal mail 2nd Class which is a 2-4 day delivery time. 

 

Medium Parcel -

Royal Mail 48hr tracked service. Most of our sketch boards will be dispatched using this service.

​

Larger packages -

These will be shipped using Hermes 48 or Parcelforce 48.

How does this play out in reality -

 

Weekend purchase - 

If you purchase your item over the weekend then we would hope for you to receive the item by Thursday that week.

Midweek purchase after 1400 -

Your order will be completed within the next two working days and dispatched from there. If you purchase an item at 1430 on a Monday then you should receive your item by Friday.

Please understand, we are a small family run business. We do not usually work weekends, bank holidays or major holidays such as Easter or Christmas and we will take time off for these holidays.

 

We want to provide the best possible service for our clients however we have to ensure that we have the correct work life balance. There are only two of us in the company at this time so as much as we would like to offer a faster service, and we do occasionally send out items before the above examples, we are limited with the amount of time that we have each day.
