This policy applies to purchases made from **Joshua Anders and Michelle Elener trading as The Natural Workshop**.

**Returns**

If you purchase a standard (non-custom) item from us, you may request a return within **14 days of receiving the item**.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused
• It must be in its original condition
• It must be returned in suitable packaging

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty.

**Custom or bespoke products**

Many items produced by The Natural Workshop are custom or made to order.

Bespoke or personalised items **cannot be returned** unless they are faulty or damaged.

**Digital products**

Digital products such as downloadable plans, guides, or files are **non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed**.

**Damaged or faulty items**

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs of the item if applicable

We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

**Warranty**

Unless otherwise stated, our products are covered by a **12-month workmanship warranty** from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover:

• normal wear and tear
• accidental damage
• misuse or modification of the product

Some products may carry additional guarantees where specified.

**Refunds**

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
