Every square is built by hand in my Cambridgeshire workshop. Yes. Every square is checked, filed, and tuned by hand until it sits dead-true at 90°. If it isn’t perfect, it doesn’t leave the bench. It’s built for cabinet makers, furniture builders, and anyone who relies on absolute accuracy. If its not square when it arrives, I will replace it free of charge.

It’s a working tool. The stainless steel blade and ceramic coating mean it’ll handle dusty site work just as well as fine joinery. Use it daily, that’s what it’s for.

Every square is assembled by me in my workshop.

The steel is laser-cut less than 30 miles away.

The walnut comes from a timber yard 15 miles from here, and I machine, shape, and engrave every scale myself.

Even the presentation cases are designed, cut, and made in-house.

So while I’m not smelting steel in the back room, the work that makes this a square, the precision, the fitting, the correcting, the finishing, is all me.

The first run will be dispatched in the next 3 to 4 weeks at the latest, if you need one before, let me know before you order. Everything is made and finished in small batches, so shipping times may vary slightly depending on where I am in the process. We WILL get these delivered for Christmas, even if I have to drive each and every square out to you personally!
